Terms	1. Definitions "DownClub" refers to the website located at www.downclub.net on the worldwide-web and its operators and Administrators. "The Administrators" refers to the members 'DownJedi' and 'Cyrinarix'. "The Member" refers to you, whilst using, viewing or interacting with DownClub. "The Account" refers to your membership, post registration. 2. General 2.1 By using, viewing or interacting with DownClub, You are agreeing to comply fully with all aspects laid out within these terms and conditions. 2.2 The Member is solely responsible for all usage of The Account and for ensuring that all use of The Account complies with any federal, national and state laws which are applicable to The Member at the time of using, viewing or interaction with DownClub. 2.3 The Account held by The Member is not to be used by anyone other than The Member. 2.4 It is The Member's responsibility to ensure the secrecy and confidentialitly of their password. 2.5 DownClub at the discretion of The Administrators shall have the right, at any time, to change or remove and feature or aspect of DownClub. 3. Modification To Terms 3.1 DownClub shall have the right to modify these terms and conditions. Notice of change will be available on the DownClub status page and it is The Member's responsibility to be aware of any changes. 4. Conduct 4.1 The Member will be respectful, courteous and considerate to other users and members of DownClub, including but not exclusively limited to; sending messages, replying to messages and leaving guestbook comments. 4.2 The Member will not upload or post any material whereby copyright of said material is not inherently owned by The Member. 5. Termination 5.1 Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in a Warning. The Member will start with no Warnings. If three Warnings are reached, The Account of The Member will be removed from the database and Terminated. 5.2 In extreme cases of rule breaches, Termination may be affected immediately. Immediate Termination will be determined by The Administrators at their discretion.
